Our $39 per incident flat fee covers most problems and maintenance, including virus and malware removal. We never charge additional fees of any kind. We do not charge by the hour.

We repair, explain, and protect your computer. We handle every PC issue including, but not limited to, software, networking, hardware, anti-virus, malware, spyware, and web-spam protection, data backup and restore, internet, email, online collaboration, social networking, educational learning, tutorials, training, and more.
We provide hands-on, one-on-one, "live" or real person, tutorial instruction. On any and all topics, we provide instruction and training to both individuals and groups. From using Microsoft Word to the very most technical inner workings of the workstation and server. We want to share our knowledge and experience.
Our technicians are always friendly, and courteous. No problem or issue is too small. We will never talk down to you or insult your intelligence.
If we are unable to fix your computer, your money will be immediately refunded in full. Refunds come with no questions, debate, or delay. We look forward to helping you.
